Leap Day - When Gravity Wins (2025)

The seventh album from this band from The Netherlands.

The band was a sextet with a lineup of percussion, drums, bass, guitars, keyboards, trumpet and vocals.

I have reviewed their first six albums in my blogs and I rate this band as one of the better Dutch progressive rock bands.

This sixty-seven minutes long album takes us back to the Dutch neo-prog scene.

The music is also both symphonic and melodic. There are also some neo-classical music influences here.

The music is also elegant throughout with some epic pieces of symphonic prog. The guitar solos are very good. The vocals are pretty good.

The music is pretty intricate and complex. The music is more like pieces of music than songs in the traditional sense.

The quality of the music is good throughout and this is an album well worth checking out although this album is not their best album.
